Ingredients:
- ¼ c Steel Cut Oats
- 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder or Vanilla
- ½ c Blueberries
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tb. of Chia Seeds & Hemp Seeds – optional
Oatmeal Directions:
- Cook steel cut oats according to package directions.
- Mix in blueberries, protein powder, and cinnamon.
