This style of yoga focuses on musculoskeletal alignment with the goal of improving balance, posture, flexibility, and self-awareness of the body, mind, and breath.     Driscoll Children’s Hospital COME ALIVE 2019 Health and Wellness Kickoff @ Driscoll Children's Hospital Auditorium

    Children’s Hospital which runs for 6 months (January through mid-July).

    Who is eligible to join the COME ALIVE program? The program is open to

    work-out partners (if interested).
