Vince spent decades working in the oil fields of Alaska’s Prudhoe Bay. Now, in semi-retirement at 66, he keeps strong at the gym and enjoys adventures like snowmachining in the mountains.
“I love being outdoors and doing physical things – always have,” says Vince. “I need to stay in good shape. I’m not ready to sit by the fire all day!”
You might be planning trips close to home or far away. For a growing number of people over 50, 60, and 70, it means light adventures that can be challenging. Countless mature adults are exploring ideas like these:
- Kayak tours, diving, and white-water rafting.
- Safari trips to Africa.
- Cycling on multi-day journeys.
- Hiking the Appalachian Trail.
- Snow skiing and snowboarding.
Statistics show that Baby Boomers make about five pleasure trips a year and spend more on leisure travel than other age groups. For many, this is a time to attack their bucket list of destinations.
Share your travel plans with us, and we’ll ensure you’re ready for the time of your life. Particularly after 50, we’ve got to stay fit so we’re prepared for this kind of travel.
We’re here to build your strength, particularly in your legs, core, and back, develop your stamina, and keep you limber.
You’ll need all of that to visit those grandkids even more!
We help men and women over 50 feel better, look better, and age actively- because our life isn’t over as we age; in many ways, it’s just beginning!
