She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Relations from George Washington University with additional graduate studies in community health administration. Judith worked as a TV and radio News Director, News Anchor, and Talk Show Host and as a Manager of Communications for a major corporation. In 1996, Judith formed her own Communications Company, Cutright Communications. Her company has produced Health and CME-accredited programs for a global TV health network, Healthcasts. Programs have included one-on-one talks with experts in medicine and nutrition. Judith is a children’s book author. “Wings of Different Colors,” celebrating diversity and appreciating our God-given gifts, is on sale now. Another children’s book will be released soon.
When Judith first moved to Corpus Christi, she was concerned about the prevalence of diabetes and obesity throughout the Coastal Bend. So she produced a health fitness and nutrition video series, “A Tu Salud,” in English and Spanish, to help our community learn about the importance of exercise and good nutrition.
Judith serves on several Coastal Bend boards, including the Salvation Army, Corpus Christi Art Center, and Executive Women’s International. She is on the Executive Committee of the Coastal Bend Food Bank and is a faculty member of the Executive Book Review of lifelong learners based in San Antonio.
As a certified functional aging specialist and certified personal trainer, Judith continues developing her skills to impact her clients’ lives positively. Seeing her clients progress brings her immense joy and satisfaction. Most of all, Judith profoundly cares and is committed to helping clients with their health and nutrition goals. Judith is very proud to be a member of Your Personal Best and to have the privilege of helping those over 50 form good habits that will lead to a healthy, productive life for decades.
