Explore gentle movements, restorative poses, and respiratory conditioning with the healing power of yoga. This style of yoga focuses on musculoskeletal alignment with the goal of improving balance, posture, flexibility, and self-awareness of the body, mind, and breath. Class will conclude with supported and relaxed restorative postures with an emphasis on improving the quality of breath.
