    Here’s how it works.

    1. Ask your ‍‍‍family, friends, neighbors and co-workers (preferably over 50 years old) if they would like to receive exclusivity to our fitness e newsletter and give us their email address. It’s that simple!!!

    The newsletters (as you know) are full of motivational articles, tips, 2 x weekly recipes, success stories and so much more! Tell them they can even unsubscribe if they don’t want it!

    2. For every 5 email addresses we receive through November 12th (you MUST ask them first) I will enter you into a drawing for your choice of a FREE YPB hat (red or white) or one of our new t-shirts that just came in. You may email, text, messenger me, send a picture or leave a scrap of paper on our desk with the addresses.

    The MORE addresses you give us (5, 10, 15, 20) the MORE chances you have to win!

    3. BONUS! If any of your referrals end up training with us on long term agreement (Just like Susan’s referrals) I will refund 1/2 your training for the following month. I AM paying you for your referrals who decide to hang their fitness hat in my studio for 7 or 11 months (12th is FREE)!

    All we need are qualified email addresses. We will do the heavy lifting! ️‍♂️

    Be SURE to “hop” over to our Facebook ​ page for THIS week’s suggested activities BEFORE your daily shower.


    3 Week Daily Extras (BEFORE Thanksgiving) – Week 1

    So, instead of a usual 2 minute “rest” time or water break, perform 100 rope jumps or other heart raising activity. Aim for 10 minutes additional activity total even if you have to finish up AFTER your workout is over!

    If you are no longer a jumper (many of us over 50 are not anymore) then be SURE to do rounds of THIS suggested activity BEFORE your daily shower! (10 minutes worth)

    Jingle Bell 5K Run-Walk, 2Mile Walk, Kids 1K @ Brewster Street Icehouse

    oin us for the Jingle Bell 5K Run-Walk and 2Mile Walk benefiting Bikes for Kids. This fun filled family run will also include a Kids 1K, so everyone can participate in this festive event in downtown Corpus Christi. We will have a Post-Party at the House of Rock. Register for the race and help raise money to provide a new bike for a child this holiday season.

    Driscoll Children’s Hospital COME ALIVE 2018 Health and Wellness Kickoff @ Driscoll Children's Hospital Auditorium

    What is the COME ALIVE program? It is a fitness challenge at Driscoll
    Children’s Hospital which runs for 6 months (January through mid-July).

    Who is eligible to join the COME ALIVE program? The program is open to
    all Driscoll employees, their spouse/significant other and possibly their
    work-out partners (if interested).

    Lisa will be participating as a vendor in this years Come ALIVE Health and Wellness Kick-Off!
