    This one-pan turkey skillet is inspired by a vibrant Thai-style dish (larb), where bold flavors meet simple, real-life cooking.

    It starts with ground turkey and red onion sizzling together until golden, giving you that savory base that makes the whole kitchen smell amazing.

    It’s high in protein, naturally filling, budget-friendly, and perfect for busy days when you still want to eat well without overthinking it.

    Serve it warm or room temp with rice, noodles, flatbread, or even wrapped in crisp lettuce for a lighter option. It’s flexible, fast, and built for real life.

    Ingredients:

    • Olive or avocado oil
    • Red onion, thinly sliced
    • Ground turkey (or crumbled tofu)
    • Salt
    • Fresh lime juice
    • Fish sauce or soy sauce
    • Red pepper flakes
    • Fresh herbs (cilantro, mint, basil)
    • Scallions
    • Sugar snap peas
    • Roasted peanuts or cashews

    How to make it:

    Heat oil in a large skillet and cook onions until soft and caramelized.

    Add ground turkey, season with salt, and cook until browned and slightly crispy.

    In a separate bowl, mix lime juice, fish sauce (or soy sauce), herbs, and scallions.
