
On Saturday, March 12, at 10 AM, we are offering a special Self-Myofascial Release (Foam Rolling) / Mobility workshop. The workshop will focus on using foam rollers and/or tennis balls to release built-up fascia, allowing for a reduction in tightness and soreness and a better range of motion in muscle movement. If time permits, we also will practice some of the mobility exercises we focused on a few months ago in our 6-Day Mobility Challenge.
