    TRAINING NOTES: There are 6 following exercises and this is the 3rd week with this workout. Week 1 was a Circuit, Week 2 triplexes and now you can do supersets. Use good judgement – this can make your lower level clients pretty sore especially if they’ve missed previous weeks.
