The YPB team has been working closely with our newest member of the YPB Team for a couple of months now. Cathy Hart, CPT, FAS, has a bachelor's and master's degree and she retired from CCISD in June 2016, after 35 years in public education. Read about Cathy here.
Cathy came to us deeply interested in the field of Health and Fitness and in learning more about Your Personal Best Training Studio's caring specifically for de-conditioned adults and the over 50 crowd.
We are looking for 12 adults 50+ who want to MOVE better, FEEL better, and AGE Actively.

Beginning Monday, Feb. 26 - Mar. 17th
Cathy could train you in a small group (4-8 ppl), at entry level training if you consider yourself new to exercise, de-conditioned or if you are a man or woman over 50. Due to Spring Break Vacations I will even give 1 more week of FREE training. The following are just a few of the session times available (you may ask for other days/times)
- Mid/Late Morning
- Around Noon Hour
- Early/Mid Afternoon
I am confident that Cathy is ready to take on some clients of her own. She recently finished her Functional Aging Specialist exam, so I have created a “win-win” situation for us all.
