Weak knees and ankles can have a serious effect on the strength and function of our lower bodies. It is extremely important that we know how to care for our bodies in the healthiest manner possible. After attending this seminar, you will possess a better understanding of lower body mechanics, what movement patterns cause weakness and injury as well as valuable tips concerning what you need to do to keep your body strong and healthy!
