    We are excited to announce that we will be offering FREE Tai Chi classes.

    Cathy has spent numerous hours studying and getting certified to teach Tai Chi. She became interested in Tai Chi after watching a family member use Tai Chi to control his anxiety disorder.

    Come experience how the gentle exercises of Tai Chi can help you relax and feel the energy in your body while improving your balance, flexibility, and muscle strength.

    FULL – Saturday, August 18th at 11:00 am-11:30 am

    This week of classes are beta test for YPB clients ONLY. It will open to the public after that week.
