4. Time to buy a band and dumbbells if you haven’t already. Think 4#, 8#, & 12#s to start.
5. For plank option in the workout instead of flutter kicks then count to 30 by the thousands.
6. Most exercises are the same as last week in smaller circuits to take the intensity up a notch.
