    TRAINING NOTES:
    1. NEVER skip the warm-up!
    2. Some of you don't jump, I know this, watch video for modifications
    3. If you don't have a way to time the plank then count to 30 by the thousands
    4. For the larger circuit, it's ok to use bodyweight only for the Step-Ups and Single Leg Deadlifts.
    5. Buy a band; it's cheap equipment. Think Walmart, Academy or somewhere like that.
    6. Don't partition the workout; stay in order. It's ok to leave something out, but order matters.
    7. Put on some good music, have fun with this workout and, check your notes from Wednesday!
