TRAINING NOTES:
1. NEVER skip the warm-up!
2. Some of you don't jump, I know this, watch video for modifications
3. If you don't have a way to time the plank then count to 30 by the thousands
4. For the larger circuit, it's ok to use bodyweight only for the Wide Squats and Single Leg Deadlifts
5. Buy a band; it's cheap equipment. Think Walmart, Academy or somewhere like that.
6. Don't partition the workout; stay in order. It's ok to leave something out, but order matters.
7. Put on some good music, have fun with this workout and, take notes because it repeats on Friday!
