Recurring small groups of 3-6 people provides a cost-effective way for people to experience the benefits of working out with a functional aging specialist. When people start exercising in a group, they establish relationships and make friends with other people in the group. These training sessions are challenging, fun and create a spirit of friendship among the participants.
The workouts are designed for men/women over 50 who want to move better, feel better and age actively. They are appropriate for any age if you suffer with physical limitations, obesity or new to exercise.
Sessions are typically 30 minutes with a few higher level classes that are 45 minutes and both times include a warm-up and active cool-down. All group sessions are interchangeable with one another (with 24 hours’ notice) allowing flexibility to your schedule.
