Long time YPB client, Sarah Pitzer, 60+, joined YPB back in August of 2013. She is one of our most dedicated and hard working clients. Battling through injuries and overcoming adversities, Sarah consistently comes to her workouts in a good mood, even if she has had a rough day!
“I started exercising at YPB when I had injured my hip after a fall from skiing about 3 years ago.
I started with posture training and then moved to a strength training class as I got stronger. Lisa introduced me to functional training that I desperately needed.
I had probably been training for 6 months before she asked me about my nutrition. She was very gentle with me as I truly didn’t have any idea I needed help with my nutrition and about body composition.
I used the computed mapping system for a while and then she offered the Muffin Top Melt Down which I tried and began seeing results. I then did the Little Black Dress Challenge and I think it finally all started to make sense.”
The Muffin Top Melt Down and Little Black Dress are 2 of our quarterly challenges that we offer. They help clients with their nutrition and give them a boost of motivation, accountability and support.
